How do we envision your role?

Our “responsible agile” approach ensures that we maintain control over progress and budget. It is a combination of traditional and modern management techniques and competencies. Think of it as a blend between a project manager and a Scrum Master. Thus, you can act as a Scrum Master as described in the Scrum Guide. At the same time, you are a project manager who can provide the client and team with the right information about the project’s progress and what is needed to achieve a successful outcome.
