Junior software developer

As a junior software developer, you play a crucial role in translating customer requirements into technological solutions. Whenever possible, we utilize open-source technologies like Java, .Net, React, and Angular.

Your role within Respellion

We have a flat organizational structure that prioritizes teamwork. You work on result-driven projects for our clients, but you are also an integral part of the Respellion team. Together with your team members, you share the responsibilities typically held by a manager. This means you have a lot of autonomy and freedom to craft jour job. We provide space for your ideas and give you the opportunity to implement them!

T-shaped professionals

We are a T-shaped organization, which means you will be exposed to multiple aspects of software development. While you can specialize in a particular discipline, you will also build a solid foundational knowledge in other areas, enabling more effective collaboration with colleagues from different areas of expertise.
