Test specialist
We are "responsible rebels" who believe in the power of an organization built around trust. As a Test Specialist, you work closely with other team members to effectively test our client's applications (both manually and automatically). It's crucial that you grasp information quickly, maintain a holistic view, while also paying attention to details. You take responsibility for the quality of these solutions, coordinate testing activities with the team, client, and end-users, and you’re not afraid to make decisions.
Your role within Respellion
We have a flat organizational structure that prioritizes teamwork. You work on result-driven projects for our clients, but you are also an integral part of the Respellion team. Together with your team members, you share the responsibilities typically held by a manager. This means you have a lot of autonomy and freedom to craft jour job. We provide space for your ideas and give you the opportunity to implement them!
T-shaped professionals
At Respellion, we work with T-shaped professionals, meaning we expect you to have a broad skill set. You specialize in a particular discipline, but you also possess good knowledge in other areas, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues in different fields. We prioritize open-source technology and thus expect you to have a considerable amount of expertise in this regard.
Having the right mindset is just as important as your technical skills. We emphasize collaboration within our teams, requiring a significant amount of self-awareness and self-reflection.
