About the role
As an Agile Project Lead at Respellion, you facilitate scrum and kanban teams and help them work effectively together. You coach team members, remove obstacles, and ensure continuous improvement of agile processes.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Scrum Master
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
- Strong coaching and facilitation skills
- Experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive and servant leadership style
