Application Process
Through the application process, we seek an optimal match between what we're looking for and what you want.


1. Application Form
You send us your CV and motivation through the online application form. We look at your experience, but especially at your motivation and what drives you.
2. Phone Introduction
If your profile matches, we’ll contact you by phone for an initial introduction. We discuss mutual expectations and ambitions.
3. Information Interview
In a personal interview, we tell you more about Respellion, our values and our organization. You tell us about yourself and your motivation.
4. Skills Interview
You have an interview with a colleague who fulfills the same role. We delve deeper into your skills and experience specific to the position.
5. Trial Day
You shadow us for half or a full day at the office. This way you get to know the team, experience the culture and get a good picture of daily practice.
6. Employment Conditions
If we’re both enthusiastic, we discuss the employment conditions. Together we go through the employment contract, including salary, benefits and opportunities.
