We work in self-managing teams with Holacracy as the basis for our organizational model. In a traditional organization someone has a job title that is tied to a person. With Holacracy a person has one or more roles, each with its own objectives, domains, and responsibilities.

What is Holacracy?
At Respellion we do things a little differently and rebelliously: we work according to the Holacracy model. Holacracy is an organizational model without managers or hierarchy. Instead, we work in self-managing teams, with roles that we define and fill ourselves.
You are not stuck with a single job description. Instead, you determine your own work based on your own talents and interests. You are encouraged to take initiative: everyone has a voice and is heard. The result? Ownership, autonomy, and a work environment that truly fits your talents and interests.
Circles
Within Holacracy, an organization is built in a structure of circles, where each circle is a self-organizing unit with its own goals and responsibilities.
Check-ins
There are weekly check-ins where team members can share updates and any concerns and receive and/or offer support to one another. This helps build connection and create a trusted working environment.
Roles vs. functions
In a traditional organization someone has a job title that is tied to a person. Within Holacracy a person has one or more roles, each with its own goals and responsibilities. A role is therefore not tied to a person, but to the tasks that need to be carried out.
Elevators
We hold in-depth sessions focused on personal and professional development, emphasizing the further development of your strengths rather than only addressing your weaknesses. These sessions connect the Personal Development Plan with competency insights, as a basis for valuable coaching conversations.
