Tessa van de Krol
From a young age, I have been able to apply my creativity, discipline, and perseverance throughout my studies, work, and personal life. It therefore felt like a natural choice to study Industrial Design Engineering in Delft, where I was able to challenge and develop my analytical and research skills. During my Master’s Design for Interaction, I was able to apply these abilities to digital products for the first time, which sparked my interest in IT.
This led me to start my professional career at QDelft (later Netcompany), and over the past years, the diversity of projects and the collaboration with many passionate professionals have allowed me to learn a lot and further develop my skills.
As a true problem-solver, I enjoy taking on challenges that involve complex issues. In my role as UX Designer, Information Analyst, or Business Analyst, I use my skills to create (design) solutions that seamlessly align with the needs of the user. I am a team player who actively seeks connection and contributes to a positive team dynamic and pleasant collaboration.
In my free time, I enjoy challenging myself physically through sports such as boxing, strength training, and Hyrox workouts. I also love going out with my camera, using my creativity to capture the beauty of nature around us.
