I have a background in social science research, and after working as a researcher for several years, I specialized in developing computational models and Business Intelligence. I have always worked in small, agile organizations and have noticed that the flat organizational structure fosters a sense of equality and encourages easy collaboration among colleagues. What attracts me to Respellion are the values of the group of people, whom I have gotten to know well over the past years. On one hand, they are highly responsible towards each other, the client, and society. On the other hand, they are curious and quite often a bit unconventional and innovative.

Throughout my life I have always enjoyed playing around with computers and technology. When I was around 6 years old, it all started with RollerCoaster Tycoon on Windows Vista. As I got older, I started experimenting with creating my own modifications to the game, so that I could recreate my favourite coasters and theme parks with more accuracy. Eventually I figured out I really liked working with computers and started learning how to program. Now, after a couple of years and a bachelor’s degree in Innovative Development, I work as a consultant and full-stack software developer in the public sector, with a preference for backend development using C#.
