Way of working
At Respellion we have a coaching culture in which continuous improvement and collaboration are central. This structure is designed to encourage regular feedback, support, and guidance among all team members, with a focus on both personal and professional development.
Circles
Within Holacracy, an organization is built in a structure of circles, where each circle is a self-organizing unit with its own goals and responsibilities.
Check-ins
There are weekly check-ins where team members can share updates and any concerns and receive and/or offer support to one another. This helps build connection and create a trusted working environment.
Roles vs. functions
In a traditional organization someone has a job title that is tied to a person. Within Holacracy a person has one or more roles, each with its own goals and responsibilities. A role is therefore not tied to a person, but to the tasks that need to be carried out.
Elevators
We hold in-depth sessions focused on personal and professional development, emphasizing the further development of your strengths rather than only addressing your weaknesses. These sessions connect the Personal Development Plan with competency insights, as a basis for valuable coaching conversations.
