With the application process we look for an optimal match between what we are looking for and what you want. Because you too should be able to take the next step in your career with confidence. We do everything we can to give you the best possible insight of our organization, what we stand for, and where we want to grow together with you.

1 | Application

To get to know you a bit, send us your resume and motivation, what appeals to you about the job opportunity and why you would like to work with us.

2 | Introduction by phone

You will be called for your first meeting in which we will get to know you and you can ask the necessary questions

3 | First meeting

During this meeting we explain what we stand for as an organization and what we consider important in our colleagues. We discuss our organizational model and the roles we have. This will give you an idea of who we really are. And of course we are very curious about who you are.

4 | Skills interview

If we both believe that there is a match, an interview will follow with a colleague who has the same role as you are applying for. During this interview, your knowledge and skills will be discussed.

It gives you the opportunity to meet someone from our organization with the same role and get an even better picture of what we do.

5 | Walk a mile in our shoes

Because choosing a new employer is quite a big step, we give you the opportunity to spend half a day or a full day with a colleague and have lunch at the office. In an informal setting, you can convince yourself that you are making the right choice.

6 | Employment contract

As a final step we will discuss the employment contract containing your salary and benefits. Of course, you can always schedule a meeting, online or otherwise, so that we can answer any questions you may have.
