Service management processes are essential to ensure effective planning, implementation, monitoring, and improvement of IT services and systems. We are highly skilled in designing and implementing this for a range of clients within both the public and private sector. Examples include taking over the maintenance of existing applications or setting up service management processes. We work according to ISO 9001, ISO20000 standards and ITIL service support processes, service delivery processes and the service desk.
