Application process
Through the application process we look for the best possible match between what we are looking for and what you want. Because you, too, should be able to confidently take the next step in your career afterward. We do everything we can to give you the best possible picture of our organization, what we stand for, and where we want to grow together with you.
01 / Application form
To get to know you a little, you send us your CV and a motivation explaining what appeals to you about the job and why you would like to work with us.
02 / Phone introduction
You will receive a call for a first introduction in which we get to know you a little and you can already ask any questions you have.
03 / Informative conversation
In this conversation we explain what we as an organization stand for and what we find important in our colleagues. We also explain our organizational model and the roles we have, so you get a picture of who we really are. And of course we are very curious about who you are.
04 / Skills conversation
If we both feel there is a match, a conversation follows with a colleague who has the same role as the one you are applying for. This conversation focuses on your knowledge and skills.
It gives you the opportunity to meet someone from our organization with the same role and to form an even better picture of what we do.
05 / Trial day
Because choosing a new employer is quite a big step, we give you the opportunity to shadow a colleague for half a day or a full day and have lunch at the office. In an informal setting you can convince yourself that you are making the right choice.
06 / Terms of employment
As a final step, we discuss the proposed employment contract, including your salary and secondary benefits. Of course, you can always schedule another conversation afterward, online or otherwise, so we can answer any questions.
